At Lay Stitches, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please read the following information regarding our shipping policies:
Processing Time
All orders (excluding customer orders) that are readily available are processed within 1-3 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
For custom orders, please note that additional processing time is required. Custom orders will take an additional 10 business days to process before they are shipped. We appreciate your patience and will notify you once your custom order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the weight of the parcel and the shipping method chosen. Below are our estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (2-3 working days): Starting from £2.70- FREE on orders over £50.
- Next working day, including Saturdays: Starting from £3.60

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, shipping carrier, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Lay Stitches is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect shipping information.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund. In the case of a lost package, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue, but Lay Stitches is not responsible for lost shipments once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
